Ordering

I don't know my measurements or size? 

The size chart has measurements. All we need is your height, your bra size, waist size (smallest part of waist usually above navel) and hip size (widest part of hip).

How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping is standard 7-14 business days depending on volume of order.

Is rush shipping available?
Rush shipping MAY be available at the time of order. Email us at ​info@divafitboutique.net
(tentative email) ​and wait for a confirmation reply. If rush shipping is available there is a $35 fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) ​

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy? 

All sales are final and no refunds will be provided. If a size XS thru XL is purchased an exchange can be granted but if an item is custom fitted then there will be no exchange.

 

Dress Rental Policy

How do I rent a dress?

Just select a dress available on our Rental section and it will immediately be placed in your shopping bag. If ordered before 2pm est your dress will be shipped the same day. Anytime after 2pm est will be processed the following business day. You will recieve your dress within 1-3 business days unless you selected Express Next Day delivery during checkout. Once you receive it, you then have 10 days to rock a designer DivaFit, all the while knowing you only paid a half or less of the price for the DivaFit you are wearing.

How do I return my rental?

Repackage your rented item with all of the original accessories. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt. Use the return shipping label provided in your original box that we sent to you. Place your item in the original box your dress was shipped in. Please do not destroy the box, as you will have to get a new one if that happens. Stick your return label on the box. May I rent more than one dress at a time?

Yes you can.

What condition are the dresses in?

All of our dresses are either “new” or in “like new” condition. We have very high standards at DivaFit Boutique.  Each dress rented goes through an elaborate process of quality control before we allow it to be rented by one of our clients. We take pride in our clothing and guarantee each previously rented dress has been dry cleaned and inspected by our team.

What are some advantages of renting a dress instead of buying?

You can save money by resisting the urge to accumulate a closet full of dresses that cost a fortune but are quickly outdated.

What if the dress is accidentally stained or damaged?

We understand that there will be everyday wear and tear and there may not be an additional fee assessed in these instances. DivaFit LLC provides $100.00 damage insurance toward any repair due to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to re-hemming, replacing buttons/snaps, or minor repairs. If the product requires more extensive repairs exceeding the $100.00 insurance, as determined solely by DivaFit LLC, you will be charged the difference between the cost of the repair and the $100.00 insurance. Please do not try and remove stains or fix things that are damaged. However, if the dress is returned in a condition beyond repair, as determined by us, you will be charged a reasonable repair or replacement fee. 

Please Note:  Insurance does not cover theft, loss, or destruction of the dress.

 

What if I want to keep the dress?

No problem, you may choose to purchase the dress at any time during the 10 day rental period and receive a credit in the amount of the rental fee toward the purchase price. Just contact us via email or phone.

When does my Rental Period ends?

Your Rental Period ends on the 10th day after you receive the dress.  So if you received the dress on Monday, you must return the dress on Wednesday of the following week and it must be postmarked before 2:00 p.m. EST.  In the event you cannot get the return package postmarked before 2:00 p.m. EST, you may return it to us by overnight mail at your own expense.

What if my Rental Period ends on a Sunday or Holiday?

 No problem, just drop off the package at any USPS location the following day before 2:00 p.m. EST.

What if I return my order late?

If your item is returned late you will be charged $20.00 per day for the first 3 days after the rental period ends.  On the 4th day after the rental period ends, you will be charged the full rental price once again.

What if I misplace my return label or shipping box?

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.  Please make sure you do not destroy the shipping box as you will need that box to return your dress.  If you happen to destroy the box, it is your responsibility to get a new one.
